What is the minimum age to rent a campervan?
You must be at least 22 years old and hold a category B licence for at least 3 years.
How can I book a campervan?
Go to the “Booking” page of our website, choose your dates and model, then add the options and insurance you want — or call us at 0693034510. A 20% deposit is required.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card (online or on site), cash and bank transfer. Pay in 4 or 10 interest-free instalments. We do not accept holiday vouchers (chèques vacances) at the moment.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, rentals start from a minimum of 2 days, with no maximum limit.

Does my bank card (Gold, Infinite…) cover the rental?
Usually not. Our fitted-out vans are officially registered and carry the mention “caravan” on their registration document, a category often excluded from the rental insurance included with premium bank cards (Visa Infinite, Mastercard Gold/Platinum…). These insurances also often exclude vehicles worth more than €49,000 — only our Volkswagen T6 (2-3 seats) is below this threshold, all other models in our fleet exceed it. We recommend checking these two points with your bank, and we offer our own insurance plans for total peace of mind.
Is the mileage limited?
No, you get unlimited mileage.
Is there assistance if I have a problem?
Yes, 24/7 assistance is included.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, provided the van is returned clean. Please let us know when booking.

Does the van have electricity?
Yes. An auxiliary battery provides 2 to 5 days of autonomy. It recharges while driving or at a hook-up.
Is there heating?
Yes, on the California and Nugget. The stationary heater works even at 0°C.
Are there power sockets?
